The Problem
Underwriters spend 15-20 minutes per submission writing missing information request emails. They copy the insured name, paste the submission reference, list the missing items, add the deadline, and hope they didn't forget anything. What the Email Looks Like
The system builds the email dynamically from the selected items:
Per-Item Correspondence Logging
When the email is sent, InsightUW logs the correspondence on each selected item individually. This means:
- The "Cyber Liability Application" item shows: "1 follow-up sent"
- The "Cyber Security Supplement" item shows: "1 follow-up sent"
- Each item's correspondence trail independently tracks when it was requested
